Ready-to implement manuals with practical solutions on food safety
We developed a HACCP plan template, i.e. ready-to-implement manual template with practical solutions on food safety in English language version for the use by project participants for the developing of ready-to-implement manuals of their organic products. The template refers to all, i.e., 7 HACCP principles. It can be use by the educators to demonstrate how to develop the documentation for each HACCP principle or by organic food sector representatives as well.
Then, each partner developed HACCP plan, i.e., ready-to-implement manuals with practical solutions on food safety for one traditional national organic product. Each HACCP plan (manual) is available in English and national language version of partner who developed it.
