E-learning materials on organic food safety

We developed 8 educational presentations. Each of the presentations corresponds to chapters of „Handbook – theory about food safety in organic production”. In addition, we developed the guidebook of scripts and multiple choice question test to each chapter. The guidebook is available in English, Polish, Estonian, Croatian, Italian, and German.
